What we collect

• First name or nickname
• Postcode
• The time options you tick
• Any food or drink needs you tick
• Your vote
• The name and email of anyone who creates an account
• The email and town of anyone who signs up for launch updates

We use these to work out fair journeys and show the group's plan. Nothing else.

Who sees what

The group sees each person's name, postcode area (such as WC2) and journey time. If your postcode is outside London, the group sees the station your journey starts from instead, such as Reading. Full postcodes are only used to work out journeys.

How long we keep it

Postcodes are deleted 7 days after the chosen date. The whole plan is deleted 14 days after the chosen date. The organiser can delete the plan earlier at any time.

Asking for deletion

Email hello@splitthemile.com and we'll delete your details.

Analytics

We count how plans are used. We don't use advertising trackers.
